Juries can only make decisions on what is presented and what they are allowed to hear.. Remember Garbage in garbage out. As for all this being a race issue.. The history of America shows a dis proportionate justice system.. Blacks and Browns are more likely to be arrested for offences that their white counter parts are let go or given rehab. Juries have been known to convict the innocent and police have been known to omit,doctor, or ignore the evidence, Just ask the INNOCENCE PROJECT.. now that they are catching up on DNA you would not believe the back log in the appellate courts.

I wish people could see what i see. That Ferguson is a symptom of not just what is wrong with our justice system, but what is also wrong in our communities. NOT all Police are bad,, some of those people put on those badges because they TRULY EVERY DAY get UP to make a real POSITIVE DIFFERENCE.they really care.. I have relatives that grew up in the not so nice part of town saw and knew what was happening and decided to make a difference and became officers and went back to their own neighborhoods. great people and they are COPS.. and i am proud of them everyday..And I Pray for them everyday that some fool who doesn't know them won't shoot them just because of their uniform.

No, we have to be smarter. we have to work harder.. we have to PAY ATTENTION to ourselves, and our world. Talk to our kids, not at them. Turn off the games , tvs, and rap music.. spread time in conversation. Get interested in them. Instead of 16 pairs of Jordans take that money and give him music lessons, or a family vakay..take a drive,, no money? ,make a peanut butter sandwich and go to the park. We got to reconnect and protect our kids..And we have to realize we are being manipulated in to something dark an dangerous in this country.
